Cancellation and Refunds

  • 2.1. Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, as outlined below:
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time: Cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows: No refund.

  • 2.2. Cancellation by Fresh Day Oslo: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a full refund.

Changes to Bookings

3.1. Changes by Customer: If you need to make changes to your booking, such as the date, time, or number of participants, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.

  • 3.2. Changes by Fresh Day Oslo: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, schedule, or other aspects of the tour due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or site closures. We will inform you of any significant changes and provide suitable alternatives.

Participation and Conduct

4.1. Health and Fitness: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and have the physical fitness necessary to participate in the tour activities. Some tours may involve physical exertion and may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the tour for individuals who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behavior.
